Big Rock is located in Perris, California on the banks of the Lake Perris reservoir. This climbing site is a large granite slab rising above the shores of Lake Perris and has long been a popular area to introduce beginners to the sport. Big Rock is actually the site where one of the best in the world, Lynn Hill first started her amazing climbing career. Here you will find predominately bolted slab routes from 5.0 to 5.11+, although most are 5.10 and under.
We offer our 4 hour introductory climbing sessions, 4 hour intermediate sessions as well as all of our advanced climbing courses at this site.
